By using this website, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions of use. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Us”, “Our” and “We” refers to and “You” and “Your” refers to you, the client, visitor, website user or person using our website.


Within each initial payment is a $150 non-refundable deposit, which includes a $25 admin fee. handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

If during the first 21 days of MotherQuest, the Participant has attended her first training day and can show valid reason that she has done 90% of the Module 1 questions and prescribed homework and has decided that the training is not for her, then all monies less the deposit will be refunded in full and the contract for further unpaid monies ended.

A request for cancellation must occur in person and within 21 days from your purchase. A refund, if approved according to the above criteria will then be issued within 14 working days. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment.

The only other circumstances that the money may be refunded and the contract ended is if due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, death in the family, moving interstate) the Participant is unable to finish the program and applies for compassionate decompensation.

If the participant cannot attend a training day, there is no obligation on Lhamo’s [Reverend Elizabeth Lotscher] behalf to make a catchup training or exchange the training for cash or other courses. Any such offers are by Lhamo’s discretion and can be revoked without consultation.

Refund requests after the 21 day period will not be approved under any other circumstances. Which means all monies not paid are due to be paid. You assumed a place that could have been filled by another, you are responsible for this commitment.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 21 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased.

MotherQuest terms of service are from November 24th 2019 and finish November 10th 2020.

In agreeing to partake in Ministry of She’s MotherQuest program the Participant agrees that all Intellectual Property [IP] from Lhamo’s courses and written material, diagrams and spoken instructions belong to Lhamo [Rev Liz Lotscher].

The Participant agrees that under no circumstances will she reprint, disseminate or publish either the material or the blueprint of the material. Nor will she teach the material in her own courses /offerings.

The Participant understands that participation in Ministry of She’s MotherQuest is voluntary and for educational and personal development purposes only. It is not therapy or a substitute for therapy or the treatment of psychiatric, psychological or medical disorders.

Lhamo is under no obligation to facilitate process work or administer to a participant’s trauma or discharge within the training program. Lhamo also reserves the professional capacity to deem a participant unfit to continue within the program.

The Participant understands that if she is under the care of a mental health professional or receiving treatment for a medical condition, or taking antidepressants she will advise him/her of her participation in the Program and advise Lhamo of her condition /medication as well.

By using our services, you agree that is not to be held liable for any decisions you make based on any of our services or guidance and any consequences, as a result, are your own. Under no circumstances can you hold liable for any actions you take nor can you hold us or any of our employees liable for any loss or costs incurred by you as a result of any guidance, advice, coaching, materials or techniques used or provided by

Each 'MotherQuest' will be entered into under the following solemn and sacred terms:

The Participant’s own, initial intention for the 13-month program, no matter how vast, will be honoured and used as the compass to steer what is accomplished and achieved during the 13 months.

The Participant in accepting her placement agrees to take 100% responsibility for her journey and be completely accountable for her own expectations, projections, wounding and desires.

The Participant also agrees in entering this program, that she and every other woman involved in this program is Sovereign unto herself. She is her own container of wisdom. She is her own best guide. She is her own well of healing, nurturing and self-esteem. She is her own vessel of wisdom. She is already Love and Loved. She is whole.

Lhamo humbly accepts the opportunity and challenge to be a guide, minister, confidant, confessor, friend, sacred sister and Priestess during the 13 months.

Lhamo is accountable to deliver the stated learning criteria, however, Lhamo is not accountable for the Participant’s fulfilment of her intention. The fulfilment of gift belongs to the Participant, as it is only herself that can proclaim her self-mastery.

Lhamo will be held accountable to take 100% responsibility for her own journey and be accountable to her own expectations, projections, wounding and desires of herself. Whilst maintaining exceptional standards of integrity, compassion, self-dignity and transparency. In no way will Lhamo be accountable for another’s projection or assumption upon her, nor expected to be another’s truth, expert or mother figure.

Each Participant is required to have immaculate and transparent communication and integrity with regards to her own issues, feelings, reactions and projections. All issues, should they arise, are to be brought forth as soon as they arise and in mastery resolved. Every woman involved in this program is 100% responsible for keeping her heart and soul contained, immaculate and in Love.
